Payment is made in full at the time of booking — this guarantees your spot immediately and you receive instant email confirmation.

If we cancel due to adverse weather conditions or other reasons, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling — the choice is yours.

– Cancellation by the customer less than 24 hours before the tour starts, or failure to attend (no-show): no refund.

Absolutely — this tour requires no previous experience. You only need to know how to swim; we take care of the rest, with small groups (maximum 8 people) and always a guide nearby.
